GLC SALTWATER TEASERS & LURES
GLC Fishing is a one stop shop for saltwater lure manufacturing. We make every component, except the hook for our jigs, wire baits, spoons, vibe lures, umbrella rigs, umbrella dredges, spreader bars, teaser birds, bladed jigs, soft plastics, and silicone tube baits in-house. This includes 3D eyes, metal & plastic beads, swivels, blade snaps/clips, spoons, vibe lure bodies, spoons, vibe lure bodies, inline spinner bodies, split rings, stainless steel leaders, soft plastics, and of course silicone skirts and anything you can imagine with silicone.
Our components are manufactured to superior standards, using only the highest quality materials. Our jigs are made of virgin Lead hardened with 6% Antimony and 10% Tin, no recycled Lead. Our Lead lures are all hand polished prior to painting. Our lures are all hand and airbrush primed and painted and clear coated with the highest quality automotive lacquers. Our machined metal heads are made of real Brass, 304 stainless, or aircraft grade Aluminum. Our epoxy heads are hand poured.
Our hard plastic lure bodies are molded by one of our partner factories that specializes in plastic injection and provides lure bodies for several of the leading Japanese lure companies. We inject soft plastics (Plastisol) at our main facility. However, these are currently limited to pieces that we need to complement our jig heads as a packaged unit and not for bulk sale. We stamp lure spoons and blades in-house via 3 automated metal punch machines. Most of the other lure components like wire forms, snaps, swivels, weed guards, rattles, and 3D eyes are also made in-house. All of our lure finishing is done in-house including preparation, plating, painting, printing, assembly, and packaging.

We introduced the King Bling teaser with our patented Holo-Sil silicone skirting 15 years ago. Since then it has helped amateur, semi-Pro, and SKA Pro fishermen earn a check in over 50 tournaments. Simply stated, the King Bling will out fish any King teaser on the market. Available in 25 standard holographic colors and any custom color imaginable. Chummy Lure and Chum Baskets
GLC Fishing has been manufacturing machined Aluminum and stainless steel mesh chum baskets for several years. Now we have combined the chum basket with our trolling lure expertise to create the Chummy Lure. Our Chummy is make of machined aircraft quality Aluminum to handle the big bite and roughneck boat mates. It employs our patented Easy Hub skirt system for easy skirt removal and installation, with our patented Holo-Sil holographic silicone laminated strands for superior action and brilliant flash. Just stuff the camber full of your favorite chum or use our proprietary biodegradable “Scent Sponge” material to produce a live bait simulating scent trail.
The Chummy now incorporates stainless steel ball chain strands positioned around the top of the chum basket. The chain knocking against the hollow metal chum basket creates a rather nice fish attracting sound. We also now offer jewel finish electro-plating in Nickel, Black Nickel, and 24K Gold, and many new Bling skirt colors.

We have added several new “Bling” skirt colors based on popular “old school” PVC skirt colors. Our patented Easy Hub/ Holo-Sil (US Utility Patents #7,805,880 & #7,740,726) silicone “Bling” skirts are now available in a large selection of fish attracting colors with our patented holographic “flash” lamination, in sizes from 2.5″ to 12″. Silicone skirting is extremely breathable and provides a fish attracting pulsation unmatched by standard PVC and nylon “hair” skirt materials. The patented Holo-Sil holographic film laminated onto silicone skirt strands produces an impressive pulsating flash.

Our head are designed to be used with our patented silicone Big Game Easy Hub, Easy Band, or Big Easy skirts. Skirts are completely and easily interchangeable, providing for unlimited size and color variations. Smokin'-Rattlin' Epoxy Fish Lips - (70mm, 180g):
Our Fish Lips head with the new “Smoker-Flash” Deep Textured Holo-Sil Easy Hub skirt coupled with our brass ball chain “Rattlin” Big Easy skirt. This trolling lure smokes, flashes, and rattles. Plus the small ball chain continually “beats” on the bait fish causing a constant emission of scent from the flesh.

TROLLING AND CASTING UMBRELLA RIGS
We offer a full line of small, castable umbrella rigs and Big Game collapsible trolling rigs, we also manufacture a line of economy “fixed” arm umbrella rigs for Striper and light offshore fishing. These rigs use a solid lead head/hub for fixing the arms.
GLC Collapsible Teaser Umbrella
The head on our Teaser Umbrella Rig CNC machined from marine stainless steel bar stock and offered in 2 head weights – 3 lb or 10 lb. oz. making it literally indestructible. The head employs an innovative wire detention system created by GLC. The arms are fully hardened 304SS, 5 mm diameter wires that are extremely rigid and durable. These heads employ and utilize the same GLC designed removable/collapsable wire system as our big teaser umbrella head.
GLC Magnum "Big Game Buster" Rig
Our Big Game Buster Rig weighs in at 2 oz. making it hefty, but still castable. For this model, we use fully hardened 304SS, 1.6 mm diameter wires that are extremely durable. These heads utilize the same GLC designed removable/collapsable wire system as our big teaser umbrella head. This rig is castable (for those bully bubbas), but is better suited for trolling. Excellent for Striper fishing as well as going after offshore Pelagics such as King Mackerel, Cobia, Dolphin, and AmberJack
GLC "Salt Buster" Castable Umbrella Rigs
Our Salt Buster Rigs come in 2 head designs each weighing in at a mere 5/16 oz. for easy casting. These heads utilize the same GLC designed removable/collapsable wire system as our big teaser umbrella head. Our fully hardened 304SS, 1.0 mm or 1.2 mm diameter wires are extremely durable. Since 80 to 100 lb. limp braid line is typically used for heaving these rigs, it is not uncommon for the line to “out-run” the rig and get tangled on any rough edges on the rig. So we add shrink wrap covers to the loop wire wraps to inhibit line tangle. These rigs are great for Striper Bass fishing, bay and inshore, and light offshore fishing.
GLC "In-shore Buster" Collapsable Rig
This Rig is extremely light at 1/4 oz. We use fully hardened 304SS, 0.8 mm or 1.0 mm diameter wires that are extremely durable. This rig has been proven to be quite effective for Freshwater species using the 0.8 mm wires loaded up with our silicone mini tube jigs in white, white/chartreuse, and chartreuse colors. And for Flounder, inshore Redfish, Spanish, Snook, Sea Bass, and Sea Trout using the 1.0 mm wires loaded up with our silicone mini tube jigs in Electric Chicken, New Penny, and Mullet colors.

This Rig also employs fully hardened 304SS, 0.8 mm diameter wires that for extreme durability. It has been proven to be quite effective for freshwater species and for light tackle inshore fishing.
